We try our best to accommodate you if anything is not as planned with your order, please keep communications line open. We do not refund due to change of mind, if you product arrives damaged due to rough postage, please send photos to our email and we will come to a favourable solution. 
 
We will always refund any additional shipping if you make more that one order in the same restock.
